Kittie wouldn't hurt a fly, of course, they just have a penchant for preposterous pranks and petty crimes. Just the thought of stealing all the purple jelly beans from the jar, or swapping all the white face paint for Cool Whip™, or filling everyone's shoes with sawdust (all of which they have done before) is just too deliciously devious to resist. Kittie simply can't help it. Since their pranks are generally pretty harmless, the rest of the crew puts up with it. After all, Kittie's one of the most skilled sword-swallowers on the circuit— a skill most certainly borne of their affinity for dubiety and danger.
